Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver Helper to assist with the transportation of landscaping crews, tools, and materials to job sites across the Boston area. This role supports daily field operations and ensures equipment is handled safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading landscaping equipment, tools, and materials
- Help transport items to and from job sites in a safe and organized manner
- Ensure tools and equipment are secured properly during transit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and storage areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with drivers and crew members throughout the day
- Previous experience in a similar role or general labor preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required
- Pay: $17 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, consistent hours
