Duties
- Manage pest control through pesticide application following safety protocols to protect plant health.
- Operate hand tools, power tools and other machinery safely for repair projects.
- Carry out general building maintenance tasks such as fixing fixtures, repairing structures, and supporting hardscape projects like walkways or patios.
Experience
- Proven experience with mechanical systems, landscaping, or groundskeeping is highly desirable.
- Construction experience involving the use of hand tools, power tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to pesticide management, equipment operation, and general maintenance activities.
