What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager - Restaurant position at DQ- Dairy Queen Grill & Chill?
Assistant Manager needs to lead the daily operations, staff, and finances of a dining establishment. High school diploma or GED is required. Need to be able to deliver good customer service and hospitality, experience is great but not needed. Must be flexible in hours and be able to work weekends, holidays, day and evening shifts.
Must be able to work in a fast pace, lift up to twenty pounds if needed, be able to lead and motivate others. Must be able to ensure serving guests with a positivity and good quality food.
