Duties

- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently
- Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cashing out customers, managing retail sales transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment for guests
- Follow food safety management protocols and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed
- Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is advantageous
