Physical Therapist Job duties:
· Provide Physical Therapy consultation and services to our patients
· Educate patients and caregivers of safe rehabilitation practices
· Complete your weekly documentation using the latest Raintree EMR
· Comply with all state and federal guidelines for PT

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
