Requirements:- Promote goodwill with customers who own, purchase, or specify Data Power Technology Group (DPT) equipment and ensure their customer experience is positive
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair cooling towers
- Install new or remodeled Infrastructure Solutions, includes but not limited to raised floors and structured ceilings
- Maintain good working relationships with DPT Sales Engineers and customers through verbal and written correspondence
