Physical Therapist (Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN)

Mathis Rehab Centers partnering with Newman Regional Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team, with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we provide the support and flexibility you need to thrive. Qualified candidates may be eligible for travel stipends and student loan assistance, and new grads are supported through a personalized mentorship program designed to help you build confidence and grow your career.
This position will work with inpatients and outpatients. We also offer aquatics!
About the Role
In partnership with Morris County Hospital, we proudly serve the Council Grove, KS community and surrounding areas. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through meaningful recovery journeys—helping them restore function, improve mobility, and regain quality of life. This position offers the flexibility and autonomy to deliver high-quality care in our hospital setting.
What You’ll Do
- Treat patients with individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
- Provide physical therapy services that promote recovery, mobility, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe and effective rehabilitation practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and documentation standards
