What You’ll Do (Besides Being Awesome):
- Be the welcoming face of Flavortown—greet guests with big smiles and bigger energy.
- Help families and friends get the party started with reservations and waitlist info.
- Be a Flavortown tour guide—know the answers, or know who to ask!
- Keep our welcome area clean, upbeat, and inviting (like your personality).
- Help create those "we’re never gonna forget this day!" moments.
- Handle guest challenges with patience, courtesy, and cool-headed confidence.
- Most importantly: Have FUN and help others do the same!
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Bring good vibes, fast feet, and a friendly face to every shift.
- Love talking to people and helping families have unforgettable days.
- Are 18 with at least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
- Can stand on your feet, smile, and solve problems all at the same time.
- Know your way around a computer and a high-energy environment.
- Thrive on team spirit, positivity, and maybe a little bit of organized chaos.
