Arcade Team Captain

Duties & Responsibilities: 

·         Works with internal and external Guest in a confident, professional, and friendly manner 

·         Anticipates guests’ needs and responds promptly – no matter how busy 

·         Leads Team Members by following FACE Values 

·         Handles Guest Issues in a kind and professional manner 

·         Is able to do all required duties on Embed, GURU, and Aloha systems 

·         Is knowledgeable of all Games and can quickly reset each 

·         Understands the expectations and set up for every shift 

·         Able to run each position (Greeter, Good Samaritan, Redemption, Arcade, Retail,  and Bowling Attendant) while team members are on break 

·         Can open/close a location in emergency situations 

·         Understand how to handle emergency situations

·         Is able to handle a Guest or Team Member injury 

·         Understand how to motivate a team to exceed FACE’s and Guest expectations. 

·         Team Member may be required to perform other duties

·         Have Fun!

Requirements:

·         At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity. 

·         Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-

through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision. 

·         Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy. 

·         Ability to work well under pressure during peak times and handle multiple tasks at once. 

·         Ability to grasp, bend, stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 25 lbs, lift and/or carry. 

·         Must be punctual and reliable. 

·         Must have honesty and Integrity. 

·         Enjoy Having Fun!
