What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Vacation HR?

Schedule:
- Full-Time 40 hours per week; weekend work required; schedule based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and basic carpentry.
- Interact with guests when necessary.
- Provide documentation of work perform for each task assigned.
- Identify undocumented issues or opportunities for improvement by creating new work orders.
- Complete a daily invoice which includes what properties were visited, the work performed, material costs, and the time spent completing the task.
Preferred Skills:
- Hot tub and pool maintenance.
- HVAC knowledge.
- Appliance repair experience.
- Cabin maintenance experience.
