Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director Of Operations located in Front Royal, VA. The Director Of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing operational strategies, monitoring budgets and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will be heavily involved in all areas of operations including Front office, housekeeping, sales, food & beverage, and engineering. The role also involves analyzing performance data to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
