Position Overview:
The Kitchen Supervisor supports the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on culinary experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
- Supervise kitchen staff during daily operations, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
- Support with scheduling, training, and coaching of kitchen team members.
- Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and presented according to Hilton standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and proper storage of food and supplies.
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations.
- Step in and cook/prepare meals during peak service periods as needed.
What We'll Looking For:
- Previous supervisory or lead cook experience required (hotel or restaurant environment preferred).
- Food Handler’s Certification required (must obtain before start).
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety regulations, and culinary techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
