Position Overview:
The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confidential, and passionate about supporting team members. The Human Resources Assistant will assist with recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping, and day-to-day HR functions.

What You'll Do:
- Support HR department with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with recruitment efforts: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Help facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.
- Assist with processing employee changes, benefits administration, and timekeeping updates.
- Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate HR contact.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and hotel information.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred (hospitality experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
