Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Server, you will play an important role in ensuring a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while following brand and service standards.
- Provide menu knowledge, including daily specials and wine/spirits recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
- Uphold Hilton and hotel service standards, ensuring every guest feels valued.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred; hotel or upscale dining experience a plus.
- Food Handler’s Certification required (must obtain before start).
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required for serving alcohol in California.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time position (shifts vary, including weekends/holidays).
- Competitive hourly wage tips.
