- Travel to patients’ homes to provide mobile services as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, or Paramedic
- Perform blood draws via finger stick and venipuncture
- Administer flu vaccines per clinical protocols (for qualified MAs and Paramedics)
- Obtain and document vital signs, including height and weight
- Perform venipuncture during high-volume screening events as needed
- Properly label, prepare, and transport specimens for laboratory processing
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide professional, compassionate patient care in home and community settings
- Medical Assistant (MA), Phlebotomy, or Paramedic certification from an accredited program
- Demonstrated experience in blood draws and specimen handling
- National certification preferred (AMT, ASCP, NCCT, or equivalent; Paramedic certification accepted)
- Strong customer service and patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Personal vehicle required for home visits
- Ability to pass a standard background check
License/Certification
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Required)
- Driver's License and reliable vehicle (Required)
