- Perform detailed neurologic evaluations including cranial nerves, reflexes, coordination, gait, and mental status.
- Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of neurological conditions, including headaches (migraine, cluster, tension-type), dementia, delirium, depression, seizure disorders, neuropathies, radiculopathies, myelopathies, Parkinson’s disease, other degenerative disorders, multiple sclerosis, demyelinating diseases, and stroke or cerebral ischemic events.
- Interpret and perform EMGs and EEGs to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, neurosurgeons, physician assistants, neuropsychologists, and other specialists to deliver high-quality interdisciplinary care.
- Educate patients and families about neurological health, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with medical and healthcare administration standards.
- MD or DO with an active New York State medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills; EMG/EEG experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Active DEA registration.
