Your Role
As a Hardscape Foreman, you will lead and oversee hardscaping and excavation projects based on your experience and expertise. You will operate contractor equipment, manage project progress, and work alongside your crew to deliver exceptional results.
With a focus on enhancing the appearance and value of our customers’ properties, you will bring attention to detail, craftsmanship, and leadership to every project.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting a positive and productive pace for your crew
- Communicating job tasks clearly and effectively
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Taking ownership of the final quality of each project
- Running projects independently with minimal supervision
- Operating contractor and excavation equipment safely
- Providing input to improve estimating and production processes
- Exceeding customer expectations and minimizing complaints through quality workmanship
- Being punctual, professional, and prepared for the daily workload
- Educating homeowners about the landscape, hardscape, and excavation process while acting as a liaison between customers and the company
- Leading by example and motivating your team
- Maintaining proactive communication with the production team and customers
- Collaborating with the sales team and leadership to maintain and improve best practices
