Your Role

As a Lawn Maintenance Foreman, you will lead mowing crews and oversee lawn maintenance projects while ensuring efficiency, quality, and professionalism on every job. Depending on your experience, you may also assist with landscaping work.

You will operate contractor equipment, manage job sites, and work alongside your team to maintain and enhance the appearance and value of our clients’ properties.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting a positive, energetic pace for your crew
• Communicating job tasks clearly and effectively
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
• Taking ownership of the final quality of each project
• Running jobs with minimal supervision
• Operating mowing and landscaping equipment safely
• Providing input to improve estimating and production processes
• Exceeding customer expectations and minimizing complaints
• Being punctual, professional, and prepared for the daily workload
• Educating homeowners when needed and serving as a liaison between customers and the company
• Leading by example and motivating your team
• Maintaining proactive communication with the production team and customers
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to improve operations and results
