This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role.
You will be in the field, on jobsites, creating content daily.

What You’ll DoContent Creation (Daily)
- Capture photos and videos of active job sites (drone, GoPro, phone)
- Edit and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
- Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule
Social Media Growth
- Execute and improve social media strategy
- Drive organic engagement and follower growth
- Research competitors and industry trends
- Track performance, analytics, and engagement
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Engage with followers and build relationships
- Help answer basic service-related questions
Marketing Support
- Organize and manage marketing content
- Maintain Google presence (reviews, updates, etc.)
- Assist with website updates
- Attend occasional seminars or training events
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and creative
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working both in the field and office
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and consistent
Requirements
- FAA Drone License (Part 107)
Company can assist in obtaining if needed
Schedule
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until job completion)
- Monday – Friday
