H&R Hardscapes is a family-owned and operated company looking for a hardworking and reliable Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, and other custom hardscape installations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape projects
- Prepare job sites, including excavation, grading, and base preparation
- Carry and place pavers, block, stone, and other materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Hardworking, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor labor
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or hardscaping preferred but not required (training available)
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
