What You’ll Do:
- Handle USPTO & international filings: applications, office actions, renewals (8/9/15), assignments, petitions, SOUs, NOAs
- Run and analyze global trademark searches (SAEGIS, Corsearch)
- Manage full trademark portfolios—docketing, deadlines, status updates
- Draft correspondence, maintain files, and coordinate with foreign associates
- Prepare cost estimates and support attorneys across domestic & international matters
What You Bring:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s strongly preferred
- 3 years of domestic & international trademark prosecution experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, USPTO systems, Inprotech, and IP research tools
- Outstanding organization, accuracy, and communication skills
- Ability to handle high‑volume deadlines with professionalism
- Flexibility for overtime and occasional travel
