An international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to launch and lead a firmwide business development training program. This newly created, high‑impact role will build a structured, multi‑tiered curriculum designed to support attorneys at every stage of their careers.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and maintain a comprehensive, multi‑level BD training curriculum for associates and partners
- Create structured learning paths spanning foundational to advanced business development skills
- Partner with Business Development Directors to deliver practice‑specific training aligned with group priorities
- Own the annual BD training calendar, including scheduling, logistics, and delivery across formats
- Facilitate select training sessions and oversee programs delivered by internal leaders and external vendors
- Lead onboarding BD training for lateral partners and associates
- Build and maintain a repository of best practices, case studies, and firm success stories
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
- 7 years of experience in business development, professional services marketing, or attorney development
- Experience coaching attorneys or supporting individual BD plans
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Prior experience designing or leading training programs in a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of law firm or professional services business development
- Familiarity with CRM systems, experience management tools, and AI‑enabled productivity tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to travel as needed to firm offices
