Job Summary:
DNA Partners is representing a prominent regional law firm in the search for a Senior Litigation Paralegal. This opportunity is ideal for a litigation professional with experience supporting complex matters from discovery through trial.
What You'll Do:
• Manage case files, discovery, calendaring, and trial preparation.
• Prepare court filings and coordinate with attorneys, courts, vendors, and experts.
• Support e-discovery, document management, and legal research efforts.
• Assist with hearings, arbitrations, and trial logistics.
What You Bring:
• 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in an AmLaw 100 or litigation-focused firm.
• Experience with federal and state court filings, including NY and NJ jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with Relativity, PACER, Westlaw, Lexis , Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills.
