Join a busy IP practice supporting patent and/or trademark attorneys with high‑quality
administrative and client service support.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and travel
- Prepare, proof, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Handle billing, time entry, expenses, and foreign associate invoices
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files (iManage, Outlook, FileTrail)
- Coordinate USPTO filings, status updates, client reminders, and reporting
- Support patent prosecution (applications, amendments, petitions, responses)
- Assist with trademark docket reports, client spreadsheets, invoicing & collections
- Provide dependable client service and team support in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
- 5 years administrative experience
- 3 years in patent prosecution
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with legal billing/time entry systems
- Outstanding attention to detail, communication, and confidentiality
