A nationally recognized law firm is searching for a mid‑level Employment Litigation Associate for its New Jersey office.

Attorneys in this role will be hands‑on with cases and actively involved in client strategy and relationship‑building.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and respond to pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare motions
- Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and hearings
- Advise clients on day‑to‑day employment law issues
- Work directly with clients and contribute to business development efforts

- 3–5 years of employment litigation experience
- Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars (required)
