A nationally recognized law firm is searching for a Director of Marketing & Business Development to direct firmwide marketing & business development functions.

This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility leadership role for a senior marketing and business development professional ready to build and lead the firm’s marketing and business development function. The Director will partner directly with firm leadership, oversee firmwide initiatives, and drive strategic growth across all practice groups while managing and developing one direct report.
What You’ll Do:
- Firmwide marketing and business development strategy and execution
- Pitches, proposals, RFPs, and client targeting initiatives
- Digital marketing, branding, and external communications
- Cross‑selling strategies and growth campaigns across practice groups
- Collaboration with attorneys and firm leadership on business planning
- Mentorship and management of a small BD team
