Technical Support Engineer - Windows 11 and moderate MacOS | Location: Boise Idaho (5 days work from office) | Client: Blink Health | Rate: $40/hr.
Mandatory Skills - Windows 11 and MacOS Support. Jamf and/or InTune.
L1 - L2 tech troubleshooting skills in the following competencies:
-Windows laptop provisioning (strong Windows 11 user support experience and moderate MacOS support would fit)
-Help desk user support skills
-Experience with IDP like Okta
-MDM experience in Jamf and/or InTune
Day to day will be a mix of very basic in-person troubleshooting, provisioning Windows and MacOS laptops, and general application troubleshooting
candidate with our needs.
Biggest trait you need is someone with excellent time-management skills, someone self-paced and motivated in finding and absorbing documentation, having a collaborative perspective.
Roles & Responsibilities
Basic application troubleshooting tasks include:
• Hardware support with laptops, monitors, and peripherals
• User support and administration within Okta or a similar IDP
• InTune
• Jamf
• In-house applications with an established escalation path
• Supporting Chrome
• User and hardware provisioning
• Moving and managing hardware and peripheral stock inventory
