This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Bookkeeper role located in Langhorne, PA. The Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing financial statements. Additional responsibilities include supporting general bookkeeping activities, overseeing journal entries, and ensuring proper use of accounting software in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Experience with Bookkeeping and handling Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Knowledge of Financial Statements and foundational Finance principles
- Proficiency in the use of Accounting Software and related tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
