What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant position at Keystone Floor Products?
Seeking a Self Motivated, Detail oriented assistant to the Controller to support company operations. This role will assist with day to day admin support, bookkeeping, and tracking.
Quickbooks experience a must. ADP Payroll helpful and must be proficient in Excel.
Knowledge of Construction AIA billings, Contracts, Insurance Cert. a plus. AR billing and collections and AP a plus.
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
