Senior Activity Center Assistant Manager
Seeking a dedicated individual to perform bookkeeping, electronic data entry and reporting for the Center under the oversight of the Center's Manager. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and have general computer skills. Possess good customer service skills, be able communicate with Center members and the general public.
Perform General Bookkeeping duties, pay bills and process payroll w/Quick Books, maintain files and records for all accounting/tax information, perform publishing duties such as the Center's brochures, flyers, FB Page, Website, Electronic Sign, etc...
Assist with planning the Center's programs and activities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
