- Support the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of facilities-related projects.
- Assist with gathering, organizing, and maintaining project documentation and data required to support facility design, renovation, and construction efforts.
- Review and analyze facility plans, construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Provide administrative and technical support to facilities teams to help ensure projects remain within approved budgets and schedules.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, milestones, and project phases.
- Support change management activities by documenting project modifications and tracking impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and maintain status reports, action item trackers, and project documentation.
- Identify and communicate project issues, risks, and concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating facility maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor activities.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Maintain facility records, inventories, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and document project discussions and action items.
- Assist with space planning, occupancy tracking, and facility utilization initiatives.
- Support workplace safety and compliance activities as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of facilities operations and project management activities.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Facilities Assistant, Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Manager, or related position.
- Demonstrated experience supporting facility operations, project management, construction coordination, or facilities maintenance activities.
- Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
- Ability to review and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience tracking project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required; Interim Secret Clearance acceptable.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the Security Cooperation Community.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
- Experience performing data analysis and developing management reports.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze complex facility and construction-related information.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and organizations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with government security requirements.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Must maintain clearance eligibility throughout employment.
