compliance with the terms of a settlement agreement related to program and operational requirements. The contractor will support the coordination, tracking, documentation, and monitoring of activities necessary to fulfill the organization's obligations under the agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track compliance obligations associated with the settlement agreement.
- Maintain a centralized implementation plan outlining required actions, milestones, and deliverables necessary to meet settlement terms.
- Maintain a master compliance tracking system to monitor progress toward required obligations.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and operational teams involved in implementing settlement-related requirements.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workgroups, and coordination sessions related to settlement implementation in coordination with the CWOPA's consultant agency.
- Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
- Track action items and deliverables associated with settlement obligations.
- Identify potential risks, barriers, or delays that may impact the organization's ability to meet settlement requirements.
- Escalate potential implementation challenges to appropriate leadership when necessary.
- Support internal coordination to ensure required documentation and evidence of compliance are properly maintained.
- Assist with organizing materials and documentation related to settlement implementation efforts.
- Review operational processes and program activities to ensure alignment with settlement requirements when appropriate.
- Develop and maintain a settlement implementation project plan outlining required tasks, milestones, and responsible teams.
- Develop and maintain a compliance tracking dashboard or master compliance tracker to monitor progress toward settlement obligations.
- Prepare regular status reports summarizing progress toward implementation milestones and outstanding action items.
- Develop meeting agendas and summaries documenting discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions related to settlement implementation activities.
- Maintain a risk and issue log identifying potential risks, implementation challenges, and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained through the course of the engagement.
- Use confidential information solely for the purpose of performing services under the statement of work.
- Do not disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written authorization from the organization.
- Take reasonable steps to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
- 4 years of experience with project management required.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and operational teams involved in implementing settlement-related requirements required.
- High degree of business and technical knowledge required.
- Escalate potential implementation challenges to appropriate leadership when necessary required.
- Maintain risk and issue logs identifying potential risks, implementation challenges, and mitigation strategies required.
- Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items required.
- PMP certification highly desired.
