Sr Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
⦁ 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
⦁ Expert in Designing, developing, and customizing CRM applications
⦁ Work independently and guide the team members
⦁ Experience in programming languages like C#/.Net
⦁ Create workflows/plugins and integrate with other CRM applications
⦁ Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
⦁ Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting
Roles & Responsibilities
⦁ Lead & Develop: Architect and build integrations with other CRM on their own.
⦁ Architecture Ownership: Design and evolve system architecture.
⦁ GenAI Integration: Apply practical GenAI to enable agentic AI, including RAG over vector/hybrid search and tool orchestration.
⦁ Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor developers and collaborate with product and other teams
⦁ Optimization: Continuously improve latency, reliability, and cost efficiency across services.
