Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Finance Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milford, OH. This role involves assisting customers with financial inquiries, account-related issues, and providing excellent service while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to financial accounts
- Resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies in a timely manner
