Title: ServiceNow Product Manager – vey strong on ITSM/ITOM/ITAM
Duration: 12 Months of Contract with possible extension
Location: Dallas, TX
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience with ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD solutions, and Flow Designer skills, CIS/CTA certification preferred
- Lead design and delivery of domain-separated instances, integrations, workflows, CMDB and CSDM, upgrades, governance, and automation
- Lead ServiceNow solution design, architecture, and technical strategy; provide client advisory; enforce governance and compliance; mentor team and drive COE development
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on ServiceNow best practices, process automation, and workflow optimization.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers, architects, and consultants, ensuring technical upskilling and best-practice adoption.
- Define performance monitoring, incident management, and SLA reporting for ServiceNow operations.
