Job Title: Auditing Clerk
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Schedule: (20 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, flexible between 8 AM – 5 PM)
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Work Environment: Office (cubicle, business casual)
Required Qualifications (Strict)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of basic accounting experience ❗
- Strong Excel Outlook skills ❗
Experience:
- Performing calculations
- Entering data into reporting systems
Ability to:
- Work independently
- Think critically
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Auditing
- Review and audit financial documents
- Verify accuracy and completeness of financial data
Accounting & Calculations
- Perform basic accounting calculations
- Analyze financial data to determine company stability
Data Entry & Reporting
- Use systems and Excel to:
- Enter financial data
- Generate reports
- Maintain accuracy in reporting forms
Analysis & Decision-Making
- Apply critical thinking to:
- Identify discrepancies
- Assess financial information
Knowledge of:
- GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
