Known for its collaborative culture and long-standing reputation in the market, the firm is committed to investing in its attorneys through mentorship, meaningful client exposure, and clear opportunities for long-term career progression.
You'll work on matters including:
- Acquisitions & dispositions
- Commercial leasing
- Real estate development
- Commercial real estate finance
- Due diligence & transaction management
- Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
What they're looking for:
- Active North Carolina Bar admission (or eligibility)
- 3–10 years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
- Experience managing transactions from due diligence through closing
