I'm currently partnering with a highly respected boutique construction law firm in Greenville that's looking to expand its litigation team. If you have 3 years of litigation experience and are interested in working on sophisticated construction matters within a collaborative, close-knit firm, I'd love to connect.
You'll work on a variety of matters, including:
- Construction defect litigation
- Contract and commercial disputes
- Insurance defense
- Negligence and liability claims
- Litigation, mediation, and arbitration
The ideal candidate will have:
- Active South Carolina Bar admission
- JD from an accredited law school
- 3 years of litigation experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
