Attorney – Construction Litigation
Greenville, South Carolina (Hybrid)
Compensation: $150,000–$230,000 DOE
A well-regarded Boutique construction litigation firm is seeking an Attorney to join its growing team in Greenville. This role offers exposure to complex construction disputes and insurance-related matters, working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle construction and insurance defense matters, including contract disputes, defects, and negligence claims
- Manage cases through litigation and arbitration
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management
Qualifications:
- JD and an active bar license in South Carolina
- 2 year of litigation experience
- Construction or insurance defense experience preferred
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills
