I'm currently partnering with a nationally recognized law firm in Charlotte that's looking to grow its highly regarded Medical Malpractice & Professional Liability practice. If you have 2 years of litigation experience and are interested in representing healthcare providers in complex, high-exposure matters, I'd love to connect.

You'll work on a variety of matters, including:

• Medical malpractice defense
• Professional liability litigation
• Wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims
• Healthcare provider representation
• Discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial
• Working alongside physicians, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare professionals

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active North Carolina Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
• JD from an accredited law school
• 2 years of litigation experience
• Medical malpractice or professional liability defense experience is preferred, but strong civil litigation backgrounds will also be considered
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience managing cases through all phases of litigation
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships
