Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney
Raleigh, NC | Hybrid
$130,000–$190,000 DOE
I'm partnering with a nationally respected law firm that's continuing to grow its Medical Malpractice Defense practice in Raleigh and is looking to add talented litigation attorneys to the team.
They're looking for attorneys with:
• 2 years of medical malpractice defense or healthcare litigation experience
• Experience representing physicians, hospitals, healthcare systems, nurses, or other healthcare providers
• Strong civil litigation experience, including managing cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Active North Carolina Bar admission required (South Carolina Bar admission is a plus)
