I'm partnering with a respected Raleigh firm that's looking to add a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3–10 years of experience to its growing practice. The firm offers a collaborative environment, a strong referral network, and a genuine commitment to supporting attorneys as they progress toward partnership and practice leadership.
You'll advise clients on matters including:
- Acquisitions & dispositions
- Commercial leasing
- Real estate development
- Real estate finance
- Due diligence & transaction management
- Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
What they're looking for:
- Active North Carolina Bar admission (or eligibility)
- 3–10 years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Experience handling transactions from due diligence through closing
