A leading national law firm is seeking an associate with 3–4 years of mergers and acquisitions experience to join its transactional practice. The practice represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and strategic acquirers across a broad range of transactions. Associates are expected to be active participants in deals rather than passive observers.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate due diligence reviews
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
- Support acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions

- Help guide transactions from letter of intent through closing
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of M&A or broader transactional experience
