The Managing Partner is focusing on ensuring staff prioritize their life outside of work. Busy season hours are reasonable (50-55 as it gets close to the 3.15 and 4.15 deadlines). They give everybody Fridays off during the summer to compensate for any extra hours worked in the Spring.
If you're looking for a part-time position or a reduced schedule in busy season, he's also fine with that.
This is a growing firm with an impressive office location on the outskirts of Hartford. They're looking to hire a Tax Senior as a generalist. You'll be working on a wide range of tax returns across multiple industries.
