Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Business Litigation)
Location: North Carolina (Greensboro)
Compensation: $120,000- $170,000 DOE
About the Role
A leading multi-specialty law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic and fast-paced business litigation team. Key Responsibilities
Case Management
- Manage a diverse caseload of business litigation matters, including breach of contract, corporate disputes, and other commercial issues
- Oversee matters from initial assessment through resolution, including trial and appeal where applicable
Legal Research & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to clients
Litigation & Advocacy
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide regular updates and strategic guidance on case progress
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally within business or commercial litigation
- Experience in North Carolina Business Court and/or Federal Court strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters independently

- Experience handling high-value or complex commercial disputes
