Senior Financial Analyst

seeking a Staff Financial Analyst who will be responsible for all revenue analysis associated with the Fab8 operation in Malta, NY. In addition, this position will be responsible for supporting the Fab8 Supply Chain organization and Fab operations. This position will report into the Senior Manager Finance - FP&A.
Specific Responsibilities include:
·              Develop understanding of revenue reporting and support analysis requests as needed.
·              Drive forecasting process for both Fab Revenue and Fab operations working with functional teams on efficiency and accuracy and assisting in developing and broadcasting all risks and opportunities as they develop.
·              Work with Commercial organization to understand contractual commitments and incorporate into analysis.
·              Support Fab Supply Chain organization in managing, reporting, and execution to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.
·              Assist in annual budget creation and development of key metrics for the fab.
·              Understand interfaces between corporate DS&OP, corporate Commercial organization, Fab Manufacturing, local Supply Chain and drive consistency between all groups.
·              Help drive standardization in reporting and process improvement where applicable.
·              Minimal travel required.
·              Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
 
Required Qualifications
·              BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
·              8 years Accounting/Finance experience preferrably with experience in a Commercial Finance/Supply Chain support role
·              Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally (interface with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate organizations)
·              Demonstrated excellent accounting and financial analysis skills
·              Ability to meet work and project deadlines in a timely fashion, with high quality output
·              Demonstrated ability to develop and drive standardized processes and process improvement
·              Strong PC skills and excellence in MS office suite of products
·              Oracle knowledge and proficiency
