36 hours/week (eligible for all benefits)
No weekends or on-call
Sign-on bonus for less than 4 full years OT experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)
Sign-on bonus for PT with 5 years OT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)
Relocation assistance available (dollar amount negotiable)
Pediatric Rehab - 75% and Adult Rehab - 25% (Pediatric > evaluations, re-assessments and treatments; Adults - primarily evaluations and re-assessments with occasional treatments)
Most common Pediatrics Dx: developmental delay and other long term childhood diagnoses (CP, Autism, Sensory Disorders, etc)
Will work in two locations within Zanesville, plus have a small caseload at the New Concord, OH site
Monday-Friday (four 10-hour days are NOT possible)
1-2 days/week will be a 10:30a - 7p schedule
Will join team of 3 OTR's and 3 COTA's
Computerized documentation (Epic)
This OTR position requires flexibility, teamwork and efficient work skills. All OP Clinics are fast paced and staff are scheduled for evaluations& treatments with blocked times for documentation. OT staff work in multiple locations and are responsible for adjusting schedule to assist in other OP locations if vacancy/ openings in the schedule.
OTR can cross-train to the inpatient hospital setting as interested
Reports to OP Therapy Coordinator and OP Rehab Manager
Qualifications
New grads will be considered PROVIDED they have had at least one Pediatrics clinical
