What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at DIRECT STAFFING LLC?
We currently have an exciting opening for a talented recruiter in our Riverside office. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in sourcing and building strong client relationships. Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruiting
Utilize diverse search methods (social media, job fairs, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage job postings, descriptions, and requirements for all client positions.
Screen candidates through work experience reviews and phone screenings.
Visit client sites to understand their needs and anticipate future requirements.
Client and Associate Management
Manage all dispatched associates, including daily attendance tracking and client updates.
Maintain communication with clients regarding worker availability, new start check-ins, and open orders.
Follow up with clients on new start associates and potential additional orders.
Work-Related Injuries
Ensure Risk Management is notified of work-related injuries and, in their absence, manage the process (e.g., designate clinic, complete injury report).
Update the client on the employee's status.
Collaborate with the branch manager and workers' compensation department.
Manage employee timecards, addressing discrepancies with clients.
Upload documentation, maintain employee information, and complete required forms when an employee is assigned to work in Tempworks.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and texts within 15 minutes.
Log all sick calls in the Shared Sick Spreadsheet.
Provide End of Day reports to the Branch Manager.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
Conduct check deliveries to client sites and update MileIQ daily.
Respond to after hours and weekend calls/emails in a timely manner
Adhere to PPE requirements per client's environment
