Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-performing professionals through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess qualifications, accomplishments, leadership capabilities, and career objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive, management, and technical-level professionals.
- Develop expertise within a specialized industry vertical and stay informed on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent movement.
- Present qualified candidates and provide strategic insight throughout the search process.
- Manage multiple search assignments while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Utilize recruiting technologies and CRM systems to effectively track activity and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional search outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3 years of success in recruiting, executive search, staffing, sales, business development, account management, or a related professional environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
- Strong consultative, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated resilience, competitiveness, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH.
