The opportunity
- Design and develop custom industrial automation and machinery solutions.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, project management, and customer-facing teams to deliver successful projects.
- Solve complex technical challenges throughout the equipment lifecycle—from concept and design through installation and startup.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards, product performance, and design efficiency.
Who you are
- Experience designing or supporting custom industrial equipment, automation systems, capital equipment, packaging machinery, material handling systems, or other engineered manufacturing equipment.
- Background in one or more of the following:
-Mechanical Engineering
-Electrical Engineering
-Controls/Automation Engineering
-Software Engineering
-Applications Engineering
-Estimating Engineering
-Commissioning or Field Engineering
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Ability and/or desire to lead.
