Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of transactional real estate experience at a law firm.

Experience with purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements is required.

Experience with joint ventures and borrower-side financing is preferred.

Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and effectively work within a team.

A proactive, client-service orientation with the ambition and drive to contribute to a growing national practice.
Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
